This policy covers the From the Feet Up website (fromthefeetup.co) and the From the Feet Up app for iPhone and Android. “We” is From the Feet Up, which is run by Janissaries LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. You can reach us at [email protected].

You can use the app without creating an account, giving us your name, or giving us your email. There is no sign-up.

A scan is six photos you take of your feet and body. When you ask for a read, the photos are sent over an encrypted connection to our analysis service, which passes them to an AI model provider (Anthropic) to produce the read. That is the only time your photos leave your phone.

• We do not store your photos on our servers. Our service does not log them.
• The model provider processes them to produce the read and does not use them to train its models. It may keep them briefly for abuse monitoring under its own policy.
• The photos and every read are saved only on your device. Deleting a scan in the app, or deleting the app, removes them.

Each read is sent with an anonymous identifier for your install (not your name, email, or phone number). We use it to count the free reads each install has used. It is not linked to you and is not shared with anyone else.

Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are handled by Apple’s App Store or Google Play. We never receive your card or bank details. We use RevenueCat to verify purchases; it receives the store’s purchase receipt and an anonymous app user id so the app can unlock what you have paid for. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

The website uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are read. Ebook purchases on the site are processed by Stripe, which handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.

If you join the waitlist, we keep your email address (and your first name, if you give it), the page you signed up on and your country with our email provider, Resend, so we can tell you when the app launches and send what you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time.

• We do not sell or rent any data.
• We do not build profiles of you or use your photos for advertising.
• We do not offer the app to children under 16.

Delete any scan from the Progress tab, or delete the app to remove everything it stored. If you want to ask what we hold about you (very little, as described above) or ask us to delete it, email us and we will respond.

The read and the program are movement coaching, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If something hurts, see a professional.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
