From the Feet Up reads six photos of your feet and body and gives you an alignment score, a plain-language read of five areas, and drills to work on. The program is a set of guided modules that build on that read over time. The app and the website are run by Janissaries LLC, an Arizona limited liability company; “we” in these terms means Janissaries LLC. By using the app or the website you agree to these terms.

The read, the drills, and the program are general movement coaching for healthy adults. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan, and they are not a substitute for a doctor, physiotherapist, or other qualified professional who can examine you in person.

• If something hurts, stop and see a professional.
• If you are injured, pregnant, or have a condition that affects how you move, get clearance before starting.
• You are responsible for how you use the drills. Work within your limits.

Your first full read is free. After that, each install gets one free read every 30 days. We may change the free allowance; if we do, the app will say so before you scan.

The program is sold through Apple’s App Store and Google Play as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• The annual plan may include a free trial for new subscribers. The trial converts to a paid subscription at the price shown unless you cancel before it ends.
• Payment is charged to your app store account. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we cannot issue them directly.
• The lifetime purchase is a single payment for the program as it exists and as we update it.

Your photos stay yours. You give us permission to send them to our analysis service once, to produce your read, as described in the privacy policy. Only photograph yourself, or someone who has agreed to it.

Don’t try to get around the free-read allowance, overload the service, copy the program to resell it, or use the app for anything unlawful. We may suspend access for abuse.

The method, the drills, the illustrations, the reads, and the ebook are ours. You can use them for your own training. You can’t republish or sell them.

The read is produced by an AI model from photos, and photos can mislead. It can be wrong. We do not promise a particular result from the program. The app and the website are provided as they are, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from their use beyond what you paid us in the previous twelve months.
